PRIMARY DRIVERS-RENTERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. DRIVERS YOUNGER THAN 25 ARE RESTRICTED TO ECONOMY THRU FULL SIZE, MINIVANS AND CARGO VANS ONLY. RENTERS-DRIVERS MUST BE AGED 30 OR OLDER TO RENT A SPORTS CAR. TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES IS LIMITED TO RENTERS 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) FOR THIS BRANCH RANGES BETWEEN $18.99 AND $30.99 PER DAY. - DAMAGE WAIVER (DW) IS OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE. IF THE RENTER ACCEPTS DW, ENTERPRISE WAIVES OR REDUCES THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, THE RENTAL VEHICLE, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAWS. DW IS NOT INSURANCE, THE PURCHASE OF DW IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR. THE PROTECTION PROVIDED BY DW MAY DUPLICATE THE RENTER'S EXISTING COVERAGE. Exotic Car Classes DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount: $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. $1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

The renters liability insurance will apply except where Enterprise is required by law to provide liability protection.

RATES ARE QUOTED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER CARDS. CUSTOMERS RENTING SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES MUST HAVE THEFT COVERAGE THAT TRANSFERS OVER TO RENTAL VEHICLES. A DEPOSIT PLUS THE AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL IS REQUIRED ON A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO RENT A VEHICLE.

Personal Accident Insurance - Personal Effects Coverage - PAI-PEC - is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted the PAI contained in the policy provides renter and renters passengers with accidental death, accident medical expenses and ambulance expense benefits. The PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers, or any member of the renters immediate family who permanently resides in the renters household and who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PAI-PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PAI-PEC policy underwritten by Empire Fire And Marine Insurance Company. The purchase of PAI-PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PAI-PEC may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PAI-PEC. The PAI-PEC for this branch is 6.99 CAD per day.

WHEN RENTING IN CANADA A CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF THE RENTER MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. DEBIT/CHECK CARDS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ANY NON-CREDIT CARD BEARING THE VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD LOGO. ANY NON-CREDIT CARD WITHOUT THE VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD LOGO IS NOT ACCEPTED. US BANK ISSUED DEBIT/CHECK CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT AT RETURN PROVIDED THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A PERSONNEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN). CANADIAN BANK ISSUED DEBIT/CHECK CARDS THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF A PIN ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.

ENTERPRISE OFFERS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION AT SELECT LOCATIONS. RAP ALLOWS ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS TO WAIVE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHARGEABLE ROADSIDE INCIDENTS SUCH AS LOST KEYS, LOCKOUTS, AND FUEL OUTAGES. RAP CAN BE ADDED FOR 6.99 US OR CANADIAN DOLLARS PER DAY. . ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION OFFERS THESE SERVICES: FLAT TIRE, JUMP START, LOCKOUT SERVICE, FUEL DELIVERY, AND KEY REPLACEMENT. NOTE: IN NY, CA, NV, AND KS THE COST OF THE KEY WILL NOT BE COVERED, ONLY THE SERVICE TO DELIVER THE KEY OR PERFORM THE LOCKOUT SERVICE. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION IS VOID AND OF NO EFFECT IF, AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT NECESSITATING ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED DRIVER WERE IN VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROHIBITED USES AND VIOLATIONS SET FORTH THEREIN. IN SUCH CASES, ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE, BUT STANDARD CHARGES MAY APPLY.

ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE-- A VALID UNITED STATES, CANADIAN, OR INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS PERMIT. ALL INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS MUST ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN COUNTRY SPECIFIC DRIVERS LICENSE AND PASSPORT.

Our TollPass Program is our electronic toll collection program which allows our renters to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash. To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:

  • To be 25 years old 
  • A valid driving licence with a photo
  • A photo ID (for example: a driving licence or passport)
  • Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you're renting from)

Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to: 

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the licence is written in a language or characters different from those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

Fuel policy at non-airport locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
  • A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed.

Fuel policy at airport car rental locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel — pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • The pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of fuel minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Pre-paid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
