Car Hire - Bergen Airport Flesland (BGO)
Directions from Terminal
On arrival proceed out of the terminal and across the road to the shuttle bus departure area which is Area D. Take the free shuttle to the Enterprise office. The shuttle bus runs constantly and is shared with Flesland Parkering long term parking. It is a short 3 to 4 minute ride to our office.
Rental Policies
THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 37.50 NOK PER DAY INCLUDING VAT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED DRIVER WITH A MAXIMUM CHARGE OF 525 NOK. FULL RENTAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.
Park in a space marked for Enterprise Rent A Car. Please lock the car and place the keys in the drop box located next to the Enterprise office. The renter is responsible for the vehicles condition until the next business day.
ALL CAR GROUPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19 - 99 EXCEPT PREMIUM AND LUXURY VEHICLES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 25 - 99. ALL DRIVERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 19 - 24 WILL BE CHARGED AN UNDERAGE FEE OF 125 NOK PER DAY INCLUDING VAT. IT IS ADVISABLE TO CAREFULLY CHECK LOCAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER AND THEFT PROTECTION-CDWTP- IS OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE BY VEHICLE CLASS AND AN EXCESS AMOUNT. IF THE RENTER PURCHACES CDWTP, ENTERPRISE REDUCES THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEFT, LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, THE RENTAL VEHICLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO – TOWING, STORAGE, LOSS OF USE, ADMINISTRATIVE AND-OR DIMINSHED VALUE OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE – SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RNETAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAWS. CDWTP DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY COVERAGE CONCERNING DAMAGES PROVOKED AT THE UNDERSIDE PART OF THE VEHICLE, INSIDE PART OF THE VEHICLE - SALOON, WIND SHIELDS, MIRROS, AND TIRES. IN ALL CASES, CDWTP DOES NOT COVER THE RENTER FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY DRIVER NEGLIGENCE OR LEGAL VIOLATION. IN THESE CASES THE RENTER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE ENTIRE FINANCIAL LOSS INCURRED BY THE LESSOR.
One-ways are available for all Enterprise locations within Norway and Sweden. A one way fee is applicable for each one way rental depending on pick up location and destination.
ALL VEHICLES ARE DELIVERED WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL AND SHOULD BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION. IF A VEHICLE IS RETURNED WITH LESS THAN A FULL TANK OF FUEL, THE RENTER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DIFFERENCE PLUS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 20 PERCENT. VAT, LOCAL FEES AND SURCHARGES WILL APPLY TO FUEL CHARGES.
ENTERPRISE VEHICLES RENTED IN NORWAY AND NORWAY CANNOT BE DRIVEN OR DROPPED OFF OUTSIDE EUROPE AND IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING EUROPEAN COUNTRIES - ALBANIA, ARMENIA, AZERBAIJAN, BELARUS, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, ESTONIA, GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, KYRGYZSTAN, LATVIA LITHUANIA, MACEDONIA, MOLDOVA, POLAND, RUSSIA, ROMANIA, SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO, SLOVENIA, SLOVAKIA, TAJIKSTAN, TURKEY, TURKMENISTAN, UKRAINE, UZBEKISTAN.
ENTERPRISE VEHICLES MAY BE DRIVEN INTO BUT NOT DROPPED OF IN GREECE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.
A VALID INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT, WHICH WILL BE HELD ON THE CARD. VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD AND DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RENTAL AND FOR PAYMENT AT THE END OF THE RENTAL. A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR DEPOSIT, HOWEVER, CASH AND DEBIT CARDS BACKED BY AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL.
ENTERPRISE RENTAL LOCATIONS DO NOT PROVIDE DIRECT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED BY FALCK ON BEHALF OF ENTERPRISE. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE 24-7 BY CALLING THE NUMBER STATED ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF RENTAL. FEES MAY APPLY WHEN SERVICE IS USED.
ALL DRIVERS, RENTER AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS, MUST PRODUCE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. INTERNATIONAL RENTERS MUST ALSO PROVIDE A VALID PASSPORT AND INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE WITH A PICTURE ID. ALL RENTERS MUST PROVIDE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME. MULTIPLE-PART DRIVING LICENSE HOLDERS MUST PRODUCE ALL PARTS OF THEIR LICENSE. ADDITIONAL ID OR FURTHER IDENTIFICATION CHECKS MAY BE REQUESTED IF DEEMED NECESSARY. THIS MAY INCLUDE AN IDENTITY CHECK WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS WHO MAY CHECK DETAILS SUPPLIED AGAINST DATABASES TO WHICH THEY HAVE ACCESS.

The cost of a rental car depends on many factors and can vary greatly. These factors include:
- The length of time you are renting the car
- Car class selected

For the most accurate pricing, start a reservation.
To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:
- To be 25 years old
- A valid driving licence with a photo
- A photo ID (for example: a driving licence or passport)
- Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you're renting from)
Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to:
- An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the licence is written in a language or characters different from those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
- Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Fuel policy at non-airport locations:
- You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
- A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed.
Fuel policy at airport car rental locations:
- You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refuelling charge may apply at some locations.
- You may opt to pre-pay for fuel — pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
- You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
- The pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of fuel minus a per gallon discount.
Note: Pre-paid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
